We ship UPS to all destinations in the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you have to ship to a P.O. Box, please call us at 516-442-4321 and we will do our best to accommodate you. Your order tracking e-mail confirmation informs you of your type of shipment and a tracking number for you to follow your package via UPS Tracking.

 

  UPS GROUND

We generally ship items the next business day so orders are received within 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed after 12 p.m. (MST) will go out with the next business day.

UPS 2nd DAY AIR

Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (MST) will go out with the next business day. Packages will arrive two days after their ship date, excluding weekends and holidays.

WEEKENDS

Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays unless the customer specifies a "Weekend Delivery" which costs an additional $15.00 per package. Call us at 516-442-4321 and we can add this option.

ALASKA & HAWAII

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada additional shipping fees will apply.

MILITARY ADDRESSES

Please call us at 516-442-4321 or email us at info@mattystoystop.com for a price quote on shipping. Matty’s Toy Stop will choose a carrier that is most economical for our customer.

SURCHARGES

Unusually large and heavy items that are oversized and over weighted may have additional shipping charges.

DIRECT SHIP ITEMS -

In most cases, items with a "DS" after the product sku are items which are shipped directly from the toy manufacturer and require additional time for delivery. Please allow 2-3 days for processing and another 3-5 business days for items to ship.

Direct ship items are not shipped from our warehouse so therefore we are unable to gift wrap these items.

HOLIDAY ORDERING DEADLINES

Please call us at 516-442-4321 for Christmas and Hanukkah deadlines. Arrival before winter holidays depends on standard UPS delivery time to your destination.
