MattysToyStop.com purchases may be returned within 14 days upon arrival of merchandise. Items should be returned in unopened and original condition, with a copy of the packing slip as well as the return form. Please return in the same package in which the item/s were delivered, if you can’t, then please use a sturdy and secure box. Customer may also bring returns to a brick and mortar location with the same two forms. A refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Please note that this also applies to items received as gifts. If a gift is returned, the gift receiver can either receive a refund in the same form of payment in which they used to make the purchase.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged, defective or due to the shipper’s error. Any item being returned that is not damaged, defective or due to our error will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. All plush sales are final.
Any package returned to us marked “Refused”, “Undeliverable”, or otherwise, are subjected to a 30% re-stocking fee in order to recoup our losses from the charges we incur. If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly inputted address, Matty’s Toy Stop is not responsible. however we will do our best to help locate the package. Refunds are usually issued within seven days of the merchandise being received by Matty’s Toy Stop. (Please allow 14 days during the busy holiday season).
